Private Room or Half Private Room Reservations:

Private Room:（maximum capacity is 7 people、fee 5,000 JPY）
Half Private Room:（maximum capacity is 5 people、fee 2,000 JPY）

Sougo Cancellation Policy

For customers with reservations for Course Menus:

  • Cancellations made on the same day of the reservation will be charged a penalty of 100% of the menu price.
  • Cancellation made 1 business day prior will be charged a penalty of 50% of the menu price. If the restaurant is closed the day before, cancellation made on the business day prior will be charged a penalty of 50% of the menu price.

For customers who made regular reservations (seat only):

Dinner:

  • Cancellations made on the same day of the reservation will be charged a penalty of 15,000 JPY/person.
  • Cancellations made 1 business day prior will be charged a penalty of 10,000 JPY/person. If the restaurant is closed the day before, cancellation made on the business day prior will be charged a penalty of 10,000 JPY/person).

Lunch:

  • Cancellations made on the same day of the reservation will be charged a penalty of 5,000 JPY/person.
  • Cancellations made 1 business day prior will be charged a penalty of 2,000 JPY/person. If the restaurant is closed the day before, cancellation made on the business day prior will be charged a penalty of 2,000 JPY/person).

We may contact you by phone to confirm your meal and reservation. If we do not have a valid phone number or cannot contact you, we may cancel your reservation.
